New Award for Pupils (MOE) - ‘Good Progress Award in Chinese Language'
To encourage and reward Singaporean primary students for their efforts in learning Chinese Language, an award known as ‘Good Progress Award in Chinese Language' has been set up by the Chinese Language and Culture Fund.
One award per level (i.e., Primary 1 to Primary 6) will be given to each primary school. Each award recipient will receive a book voucher of $50/- (Total: $300/- per school) and a certificate. The award will be given during the Annual Prize-Giving Ceremony.
The award will be given to the student in each level who showed the greatest improvement in the learning of Chinese language, specifically, students who rise up the most in position for overall Standard Chinese performance.
