了解宗教习俗

同学们,今天我们也看了几种宗教的一些习俗,在和信奉不同宗教的人相处时,我们应该注意自己的言行举止,以免冒犯他们。这包括:
  1. 不随意取笑他人的服饰 Do not make fun of other people's costumes;
  2. 在准备食物时,应该先查清楚其他宗教的禁忌(例:回教徒吃清真食物,佛教徒和兴都徒吃素食) Be mindful of different religion customs when preparing food for people with different religions, e.g. Halal food for Muslims, Vegetarian food for Buddhists/Hindus;
  3. 在其他人祈祷或进行其他宗教仪式时,我们应该保持安静 Be quiet when other people are praying or conducting religious rites。

我们应该和信奉不同宗教的人互敬互重、互相容忍,并尊重彼此的习俗,这样大家才能和平相处。

了解自己的情绪 Understanding your own emotions

今天我们画出四张脸,它们分别代表:
  1. 老师称赞你把一件事做得很好。 ==〉快乐 ==〉别人会替你感到高兴,觉得你真有本事
  2. 你跌倒受伤了。 ==〉痛苦 ==〉别人会过来帮助你,觉得你需要保护
  3. 你没做错事,你的朋友却说是你做的。==〉生气 ==〉别人会猜你可能被冤枉了
  4. 你无法解答一道数学难题。 ==〉苦恼、灰心 ==〉别人会过来帮助你
同学们要学会了解自己的情绪(emotions),因为有时候你的情绪会影响别人的行为,也会影响别人对你的看法。
