Note:

1. If you have any younger brother or sister due for Primary One in 2012, please submit the Phase 1 Registration of Children for Admission to Primary One in 2012 Survey Form by Wednesday 13 April 2011. IMPORTANT: A Nil Return is necessary.
2. If you are interested to come for COECL Workshop for P4 & P5 Pupils “为什么人人都应该学弟子归” on 23 April from 8.30am to 12pm, please get a consent form from 蔡老师 and return reply slip by 16 April 2011
