Hi, please hand in the following items to 蔡老师 on Friday 8th April if you have yet to do so.

1. 2012 Primary 1 Registration Form with necessary documents or a NIL reply
2. Edusave form for Enrichment Programme within Curriculum
   
3. 小四小五（23 April）弟子归讲座 consent form reply if interested to attend
4. $10 if interested to go for the 相声表演 on 16 April, will be given consent form once received payment (tickets will be distributed on first-come-first-serve basis)

Founders' Day 2011

Activity: to write a poem / song / essay / a short write-up with a photograph
Theme: My School - Courtesy, Justice, Honesty & Honour (礼义廉耻)
Guidelines:

• Write in English or Chinese
• A4 sized paper
• Include drawings or pictures
• Handwritten (in black ink) or typed written

Deadline: 25/4/10 Monday
Selection: 2 English & 2 Chinese best write-up will be selected by English and Chinese teachers.
